Unfinished work on a Maiden Voyage

The sea trials of the model ocean salvage tug which I have built from scratch. There is still a mountain of work to be done to finish this one off but I wanted to post some WIP photos for interests sake. I had to put her on the water before finalising the build and I am glad that I did as there were a number of issues to be dealt with. The model was planned to be based on the famous South African Tugs the John Ross and the Wolraad Woltemade. The only plans of a similar ship that I could find anywhere were of the Russian tug BARS. I intended to do some conversions but as it turned out the model stayed pretty close to the original. She has however been renamed into English and is now the Snow Leopard. The scale is 1:100.
